Academic Staff Workshops

This workshop series provides opportunities for engagement and development of the capabilities of academic staff, including those supervising or managing others (including unit/course/fieldwork coordinators, research team leaders, etc.).

The benefits of staff participating in this program:

There are a variety of workshops / programs being offered aimed at the following target audiences:

General: These workshops are open to all academic staff. The following workshops are being offered:
  • Building personal resilience in the workplace
  • How to better manage your time

Managerial/Supervisory: These workshops are aimed at staff currently in a supervisor or team leader role (including unit/course/fieldwork coordinators, research team leaders, etc.). The following workshops are being offered:

  • Developing resilient leadership
  • Building strong teams – techniques for understanding and managing others
  • Leading others – communicating with influence
