Jo McNeilly

Organisational Development Consultant

Jo is the project lead for the Values Dialogue stream of the Living Our Values initiative. Since commencing at Curtin she has been responsible for the Curtin mentoring program, providing consultancy services to various parts of the University through designing and facilitating tailor made solutions for individuals and teams and facilitating engagement of staff for phase 1 of the Living Our Values initiative.

Jo has over 25 years’ experience as an OD and L&D consultant specializing in the areas of group facilitation, change management, coaching and mentoring, leadership and management development, women’s development, personal and career development, communication and relationship skills, and team development.

Prior to joining ODU, Jo headed a consulting practice with predominantly public and University sector clients. She has also worked as a Senior Professional Development consultant at ECU specializing in leadership development, has led the Western Australian team of A.T.O. skilling, been a leadership development, OD and HR specialist at the Australian Taxation Office and a sessional lecturer in the MBA program at UWA. Jo is also a senior associate consultant of AIM-UWA Business School Executive Education and Dynamic Creation.
