iPerform training (in person)

Upcoming iPerform training

Since the launch of iPerform in 2014, the training around WPPR has evolved and been re-developed based on feedback provided by participants. In 2016 focus is being given to our individual performance and development conversations.

Related training will be available in iPerform.

Who should attend?

Professional and academic staff on fixed term contracts for 12 months or more and continuing staff who:

  • have attempted to create or enter their 2016 performance objectives and development plans
  • are experiencing difficulty with aligning or cascading performance objectives, approving or denying performance objectives and development plans (specifically for managers).

Important note: During the session, you will be working in the live iPerform WPPR system. Assistance in developing your performance objectives will not be provided, as the session is intended to help with using the system to enter your information.

Tailored area sessions (for managers)

Sessions can be scheduled for your team or area. These sessions are scheduled around your area requirements and should have 10 or more participants. These are available on request.

Please contact ODU to book.
