Work Planning and Performance Review

The Work Planning and Performance Review (WPPR) process is designed to increase the performance of Curtin staff, ensure outcomes are congruent with the University’s strategic goals and improve the overall workplace culture. All continuing employees and employees on fixed-term contracts for 12 months or more are required to participate in this process.
